Giving Back to Our Community
Signature Orthodontics was founded on three simple principles: to change lives, advance our profession, and support our community. We put these principles into action not only through our services, but also through our involvement in this community. Dr. Kiersten Week and the Signature Smile team feel very blessed to serve their patients in the Kennewick, Richland, Pasco and surrounding areas and are committed to making a difference in the lives of those living in this close-knit community. Listed below are a small sample of the community organizations which Dr. Week and the Signature Smile team give back to. For the community-minded patient wishing to make a difference beyond the walls of our clinic, the choice is clear. Signature Orthodontics - Simply Spectacular Service!
Smiles Change Lives (SCL) promotes increased self-esteem and improved oral health for children from low-income families in need of orthodontic treatment. Our goal is to help families, who cannot afford the full cost of braces, secure treatment for their children by connecting them with orthodontic providers willing to donate their services to deserving patients.
Through this organization Dr. Kiersten Week provides thousands of dollars in pro bono care for local children in need.
Dr. Kiersten Week feels that opportunity for our children is one of the greatest gifts we can provide as parents and community. As a result, Dr. Week together with the Signature Smile team annually donate to many different local community organizations, and school programs, along with the donation of time and resources for dental health education.
Many children begin life with a delay in one or more areas of their development. Licensed and certified early intervention specialists at the Children’s Developmental Center are available to assist families in helping their children reach their full potential. Improving early learning experiences of eligible children enhances the chance for their success in school and in life.
